Lee Arthur

“Lee Arthur is a very well-known local artist, who specializes in driftwood sculpture. Since he was in his early 20’s, Lee has worked as a professional artist. He attended Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, but is purely self-taught. His works have included painting, wood and metal sculpture, wood carving and boat-building, among others over the past 4 decades.

Lee divides his time between Murrells Inlet, SC and McClellanville, SC, where he works and sails his current boat, a hand-crafted 24′ Chinese Junk.”
